Teaching and learning robotics - Pedagogical training for teachers

Elevate your pedagogical knowledge with our Robotics Education Teacher Training! Designed for teachers and educators across basic education levels, this training empowers you to seamlessly integrate robotics into your curriculum. Working with technology improves students skills in STEM subjects, but through robotics they also develop their future skills, like problem solving, learning skills, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and digital literacy.

The training will take place as follows:

• First online training day 22.11.2023 (full day)
• Face-to-face training in Slovenia, Ptuj 11-12.1.2024
• Second online training day 22.1.2024 (half day)
• Third online training day 7.2.2024 (full day)
• Between training sessions, participants are expected to work on learning tasks

 

• The training is designed for teachers working in basic education
• A maximum of 20 teachers will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis
• The training is free of charge for participants excluding accommodation and travel costs. The organizer will advice on accommodation and travel possibilities.

 

The training is part of the Robotics Campus – Scale up! project. The project receives support from the national funding allocated for regional development (AKKE) managed by the Häme Region.
